Giant Bomb Game of the Year Grand Prix 2015

Or BGGOTYGP 2015 for long short.

With GOTY over I was wondering how closely the Best Game list compares to the staff's personal list. I did this by applying the Formula 1 scoring system to the their list and ranking them accordingly.

There are a few exclusions from the point and I'll go over those before breaking down the list.

First, I left Matt Rorie's list off. Being only five games listed and not ranked made it hard to attempt to apply the same rules that all the other lists. Even if I took the list in order that they appear in his article the game on the bottom of his list would rank higher then the games at the bottom of the other Bomber's lists.

For Jeff I also excluded his #11, Bloodborne. Nothing against the game but with the F1 scoring system being applied on the top 10 finishers earn point and with Jeff's list the only one with 11 items it would unfairly weigh his list more then the others.

Destiny: The Taken King is excluded for being an expansion and not a stand alone video game.
