I've enjoyed this site for many years, and after the past year or so, I've felt like this site just isn't for me anymore.
Very few articles to read, the bombcast turning into the fight cast or the retro cast, the bizarre opinions on the last GOTY podcasts...
Look, I get that GB has a personality focus as it's always been but recently that personality has turned into a cult of personality. Not only that, the tone and camaraderie, especially the west coast, has gone flat for me. Or maybe these folks just don't mesh well. IDK.
I'm not writing this just to bitch, I'm really fuckin sad. I loved this site and now it feels hollow and vapid. But the most damning thing I can say is that it feels out of touch and boring.
Hell, I just wait for the Best of GB video to see the highlights of the week because nobody fuckin writes anything anymore.
Alright end of rant. I'm 40 if that helps you get where I'm coming from.
