Version 1.19 has been released! It just adds the :bosslight emote.

I have a number of ideas for new features and improvements for Giant Bomb QoL, but I've been hesitant to do anything major with the site redesign seemingly around the corner.

Version 1.20 has been released! It adds all the emotes released since the last version. Apologies for the delay, I've been having too much fun in the beautiful outdoors this summer.

As for the site redesign, it will be making one of the major features of this extension obsolete. However, it will also offer opportunities for further enhancements. I have a few ideas already, but of course I will have to wait until the redesign goes live before I can start working.

Giant Bomb QoL now has around 2,000 users, which is just incredible. It even got a mention on the site redesign stream, which genuinely made me feel proud. I'm so happy that this dumb thing I made while bored and unemployed has been helpful for so many Giant Bomb fans.

Version 2.0 Updates:

• Categorized the emotes menu for easier browsing.
• Added the latest emotes, including the monstrosity :wigg.
• Removed code/features that were deprecated by the site redesign.

Version 2.1 changes:

• Added the latest emotes.

• Changed emote menu to take up 50% of the chat pane (previously 40%).

Version 2.2 has been released!

Version 2.2 Updates:

• Fix for hiding This-Is-The-Run spoilers on the site redesign.
• Added the :berk emote.

This works well in video with the update but on the main page it does still show the total runtime.

Major thanks to @darling for their work on this! This is the first time someone besides myself has developed a new feature for this extension, which is just cool as hell. I personally find the live stream indicator and quick nav to be the most useful feature of GB QoL, and I always worried that most users didn't know about it because you had to dig into the options to add your API key and activate the feature. This makes that on-boarding process way way simpler!

• Added a "New" section to the emotes menu. This auto-updates with the latest emotes, so you don't have to wait for a new version of the QoL extension. Unfortunately, due to limitations in Chrome, this only works in Firefox.

I've released a couple hotfixes related to bugs introduced in the version 4.11 update. Version 4.13 is now the latest, and also includes some long-needed formatting fixes for the user options page.
