Giantbomb PAXAus?

Hey crew!

Is Giantbomb coming to PAXAus this year? Has anyone heard? Would this be something others would like to see? So many questions, so little time! ARRRRRHHHH

Eh. Probably not, I've been hoping for this to happen for a while, but it is a pretty expensive venture (on top of the time it would take up).
Maybe just one or two of the crew? I dunno.

Last I saw was Jeff on tumblr saying "No current plans."

Damn, sounds like we need to kick off some more Australia beef on the bombcast email to build awareness.

Yeah as much as I would love to see the guys come to PAXAus I can't really blame them for not, considering how many other events they have that are much easier/cheaper for them to go to. I will always continue to hope that some day they do make the trip over though, I'd love to experience the magic/horror in person and I know I'm not the only one!

Maybe if we promise to hide all of the Vegemite and deadly creatures that will help entice them?

@jojojimmeny: Agree!! It was planned 3 years back, but understandably due to circumstances at the time, plans changed. I'm still looking forward to Pax Aus again this year. Perhaps a GB fans meet up could be on the cards?

Yea this is the first one I'm missing and i'll be pissed if they come this year.

Sad about the first year. But I think the change to October/November rules out them coming, too many big games, close to the run up to GOTY.'

As much as we're expensive and time-consuming to get to, they should 100% do it and make it a feature! GIANTBOMB'S MOTHERFUCKIN' AUSTRALIAN HOLIDAY YEAH!
