Why don't we just have Christmas in March because this is getting ridiculous.

  We can confirm that Gran Turismo 5 will not be available this November 2nd, but the game’s release will be coming this holiday season. 

Almost makes me think that there's development hell going on in the studio.

that's not a big delay.  I don't mind it because I already need to get COD Black Ops in November, so buying two full price games in one week would have been a little much.

come on, all you had to do was look at the main forums page and see theres a thread already.
