which graphic card I buy under ₹15,000INR to play game like gta 5 on playable experience only

After a quick search in INR prices it looks like the 750 Ti for Nvida, or the R9 270x from amd is your best bet IMO. If you want a little more performance the Nvida 660 looks to benchmark slightly higher than the 750 Ti for around the same price. It Just uses more power to achieve that.
