Has any one ever lost cars purchased with Car Tokens in Forza 4?

Hello fellow speed freaks, ive recently bought Forza 4 after much waiting, first off I love this game, and I have many good things to say about it, but right now im not writing this to talk good about Forza 4. I bought the seasons pass the day i bought the game, November has passed and i retrieved my new cars (yay) I bought the 458 comp, the 57 bel air, and the Lambo Aventador, all with car tokens i purchased with mic points. Ive already invested money into these cars to make them to my liking and ive also raced with them and won of course. I was happy to have them in my garage. Then one day I firied up my xbox to race and the newly purchased cars were gone....what the hell. I will say that the money i ivested into these cars was back into my credit account, but my Tokens were gone. Ive called x box support to see if they could help, and they tried. unfortunetly they cant help as i signed up for my x box live many years ago and my gmail address has disappeared, cant put in password as i dont remember, and have no way of verifying that it is indeed my account. Ive tried subbmiting several conformation reports to msn and gmail to re access my really old account only to be denied. Has this ever happened to anyone else I feel like Ive been dooped out of $25 or so by microsoft and there is nothing I can do any suggestions THE RICH STEALING FROM THE POOR
