Help me find this boss

I am starting work on something linking together similar boss designs from different games. I was wondering if you guys could help me broaden my search. Right now I am looking at three different bosses:

1. Bosses inspired by the last boss of the first level in Strider.

I already have Deaths second form in Harmony of Dissonance as well as the Flyer from Demon's Crest.

2. The famous Contra Base/Wall.

3. Terminators in non Terminator games.

I currently just have Revenge of Shinobi and Contra 3.

Help from anyone who could help me out in finding more candidates would be greatly appreciated.

Wizards transforming into dragons is a big one. I used to own about six to seven games that featured a final boss that was a wizard, transforming into a dragon during the final stage of the fight.

There was a mickey mouse game on the sega game gear if I remember correctly, and some sort of old platformer for the PC where you play as a wizard's apprentice that did that.

In the original Kingdom Hearts, you first fight Maleficent in her wizard form, then after a short break she transforms into a dragon as well.

Does the Wall of Flesh from Terraria count?
