Help me identify this arcade game!

I would imagine it came out in the late 80's or early 90's. It was a boxing game with a tall cabinet and no typical flat joystick/buttons area where you put your hands around 2 metal handles and actually physically punched the handles straight forward into the machine to punch. I think it was made by Sega, but I'm not sure. Also pretty sure that it *isn't* Title Fight. But I guess I could be wrong. All of the Title Fight machines I've seen on Google look different from what I remember the game looking like. I've been trying to think of the name or find a photo of it and my efforts have been fruitless so far. Someone on Giant Bomb probably knows. I hope.

It may have been Title Fight, I guess, because that gameplay does look correct, but that's not what the machine I remember using at my arcade looked like at all. It was single player and the handles were levers that came out of the front of the machine, not mounted like an arcade stick.
