How do I update card details

Does anyone know whereabouts I can update my card details so I can continue my monthly premium membership payments? I have a message on screen just below telling me I need to, but the link takes me to my account details page, and I don't see any options to do so.

Go to Account/Billing in the top right, then change plan/update card details.
