How does E3 2011 stack up with E3 1995?
E3 1995 was amazing, with the announcements on the Nintendo 64, the release of the Sega Saturn on spot, & the Big November games for the Playstation.
So how did E3 2011 stack up?
E3 1995 has what is still one of the most memerable moments of the show's history, the Sony guy coming to the pedistal and just saying the price of the PS1, $299.99.

What do you mean the release of the Sega Saturn on the spot? Like they said its on sale right now? Apple style I mean.Yeah, it was released instantly in shops. One of the many things that was considered a fuck up regarding the Saturn.

The kicker was they only released the thing at only a few retailers, promptly pissing off all of the retailers that did not get Saturn's in. Sega effectively murdered their relationship with the retailers, something they probably never got back.
I'd say that this year's E3 was probably a high C or low B. No clue about how it compares to E3 '95 though since I would have only just been born haha.
