So, I ended up re-subbing for another year on GB yesterday. (Woo!)

After the whole thing was done, it said I'd be receiving a receipt by email (presumably with the store coupon code included like last time).

However, the email in question still hasn't arrived. Is this normal? How long does it it usually take for one of those to get sent?

I signed up for a membership yesterday and got a confirmation/store coupon code within 5 minutes.

Checked your Junkmail and everything like that? Maybe something went wrong along the route to your inbox.

My suggestion would be to give it 24hrs and if you receive nothing then contact the staff directly.

@Azteck: Yeah, checked my junk mail and didn't seem to have anything there :/

@Hamz: What's the usual protocol for contacting the staff? Should I just PM Dave or something?

Yeah I'd suggest getting in contact with Dave since he'll likely be the guy that can 'force' the email to go through again :)
