There's so many different types and flavors of coffee. People shouldn't dismiss it completely. If you go to a Dunkin Donuts or Starbucks they can add so much cream, sugar, and syrup that it doesn't taste like coffee anymore. Coffee is also amazing for waking you up. That's why I drink it anyway.

Coffee doesn't seem to have any effect on me. I don't know if an immunity can be built against caffeine, but it doesn't have that magical energy effect on me that others seem to enjoy.

I should watch the video...I will. I gave up coffee for a while, cause caffeine makes me jittery if I haven't drank it for a while. So now that I have been drinking it for a whiles, I likes it and it keeps me regular. And essentially, I knocked out my diet coke habit with it.

It works. In moderate amounts I look at it as a beneficial tonic.

I live close by to a coffee roasting plant and I get to smell the freshly roasted beans every time I go for a walk around there. I really like the taste of coffee as well and always drink mine black.

All that said my tolerance for caffeine is really low and I get jacked up from even a single espresso. That's why I keep my coffee drinking to special occasions only. Also I know plenty of caffeine addicts who simply can't get through a day without one or two or four cups of coffee and I don't want to end up like that.

I know a couple of people like that and it's really unfortunate that they have to consume that much coffee on a regular basis. Like, unless they get their daily cup or two of coffee, they get headaches and stuff. Much like you, I limit my coffee consumption to special occasions.

Coffee is gross, but I down it cold in the morning. Keeps me awake mornings and its possibly healthy. Not enough caffeine to get addicted or effect my sleep.

I drink a lot of coffee, 3-6 cups a day. Finnish people consume the most coffee per capita in the whole world so I'm not the only one.

Coffee is my blood (almost), love it, but I don't get how people can (or how I was able to before) drink fizzy drinks. That stuff is repulsive.

And to answer the question - most people believe they wake up easier with a coffee. Truth or myth, I know for myself it doesn't really wake me up so I don't drink it. Energy drinks really work yet I avoid them because I want to save my heart.

I used to drink tea fairly often, but switched to coffee once I got into grad school. I just got myself an Aeropress, which makes fantastic coffee. Also, I'm really loving these video edits of Unprofessional Friday stuff. Case in point:
