I don't have a PSP, because there aren't enough games enticing enough to draw me to the purchase. I have a Wii, but I haven't turned it on in a full two years.
You should send me your money it will make you feel happy.
In seriousness - just look at the games on the wii that interest you, look at the games on PSP that interest you, and look at the games you don't own on PS3/360 that interest you - and decide which is the better option based on those games. Asking "which should I buy" isn't going to get you anywhere - all you'll get is responses based on individuals personal bias. No one here knows anything about your personal gaming tastes, and thus cannot base their answer on what you would enjoy most, rendering any answers completely pointless. Ask people what the best wii games are. Ask people what the best PSP games are. Decide based on that which one interests you more. Don't let arbitrary answers affect your judgement.

Buy a Wii, if you want to play with it for 10 mins, get bored and walk away.
Buy a PSP if you need an expensive paper weight.
I don' know how you got your hands on a PS360 because yo that shit has been in development for ages. Hear you can only get in small small chinese Internet Cafes where all dem hackers hang out!
PSP has no games anymore, very few games coming out for it. The wii is decent it has some good games but I would suggest buying more games for the 360 or ps3. Or get a DS
If there are games that you want to play on Wii, then get a Wii. If not, then get some 360/PS3 games then. Don't get a PSP Go. If you want a PSP, get a 3000 model.
You should check and see if there are any games on the Wii that interest you. I think if there are few games that you'd really like to play then that is the way to go. I don't know how many 360 games you have now, but if you are lacking in the better games out, that's an option, too. I would really avoid buying hand helds before E3'10 in June because chances are new ones will be announced (definite for 3DS, rumor for PSP2). Speaking of E3, there is always the chance that a Wii HD will make an appearance.
Honestly, I'd save and upgrade your PC if that is an option.
Because it is the most overpriced piece of hardware crap since the Virtual Boy. You may as well give your money to the Catholic Church, as both are equally pointless.
You would be crazy not to go with A, as there are so many unique experiences that you will miss out on by not owning the Wii. To deny yourself the joy of Super Smash Bros, or Little Kings Story and especially Fire Emblem is insane, and that is merely skimming the surface of the joy you will get. Of course, if you consider gaming to be about violence and various shades of brown, then perhaps it isn't for you.
