Haha, man, I was just watching a 60 Minutes report where the journalist was giving the creator of Telegram a bunch of shit because ISIS was using his app to anonymously communicate encrypted messages while plotting terrorist attacks, and the guy gave zero fucks (rightfully so). If they didn't use his app they'd use some other messaging app. Or ISIS could just pay some contract programmers to make some ISIS-only encrypted messaging app. It was such a bizarre angle for 60 Minutes to take; it made the reporter seem like, a zillion years old to even think the creator of the app would care that like 0.0001% of the user base is using it for illegal activity.
I made a GB Telegram channel for all the duders to join and chat and use dumb stickers

@cocabis: I'm pretty sure I pulled that off of the GB Reddit page. It randomly generated an image each time you refreshed the page so I used most of those as stickers. Here is most of them:
