I say you're pretty much helping towards it, Jeff and the team are letting us control ourselves for now, but I guess Community Moderators will be needed in the future I guess..

We have moderation tools now, so we can delete/lock threads and posts and soon power to ban people.  Everything is going to be fine.

Yeah maybe they will appoint some of the more frequent users as mods, but if they do, lets hope they dont get power hungry and turn into GS mods :(
