Is this Gamestop/Ebgames trade in deal good to get PS4?

Recently there has been a new at Gamestop Canada which below is:
Trade More, Get More

• Trade in 3 games, Get $10 extra in-store credit
• Trade in 5 games, Get $20 extra in-store credit
• Trade in 7 or more games, Get $30 extra in-store credit

Offer ends January 31. Offer valid on PS4, Xbox One, Xbox 360, PS3, PS Vita, Wii U, and 3DS games. Minimum $3 trade value required to be eligible. Offer valid only toward games normally accepted in trade. Games must include boxes and instructions. Cannot be combined with other trade offers. No duplicate titles accepted. Trade must be in full working condition to receive full value. Subject to manager approval. Offer subject to change at anytime.
And so i have about 30+ games i know that are around a $3-4 trade credit which i don't tend to play anymore(mostly old games 2-4 years ago) and if i trade 7 games i can get at least 51 dollars in trade credit, the PS4 here in Canada is 450 and has GTA5 with LOU as a bundle. So my question is, is this a good deal to trade in old games and get a discount of a ps4 and is this a fair deal? Let me know your guys opinion, thanks

Trading in 30+ games for about $50 worst case is sort of insane to me, but I also have a problem with never getting rid of games. When I do actually decide I don't want something, I list it on ebay.

Oh I misunderstood, well to me that actually sounds alright considering how little they normally give.

@nickhead: lol well eb games is the only retailer place to sell your games in Canada, bestbuy and other electronics shop would buy games for 2 dollar n lower that are 1-3 years old

Well, trade in 7 games at a time at different locations to maximize your bonus - don't do it all at once - and you'll probably come out with a decent deal.

Trading in games is always a bad deal.
