Is this Patrick Klepic???

Me and my wife were looking dumb stuff up on YouTube about pranks when we ran into this...The video included is a prank being pulled on someone where he is scared with a fake spider. The guy in the video's name is Pat, and his voice sounds exactly like Klepics, lol. It honestly looks like a younger Klepic to me, but I can't confirm. Help me out, lol. P.S. Nope, thats definitely not Patrick, doesn't look like him at all. The guy in the video seems a bit bigger than him.
