It looks like an overseas eBay powerseller's storefront. Can't comment on the legitimacy of it, though.

Even though it doesnt look well known or flashy, sites that shopping carts or links to online fund programs such as PayPal are 90% legit, i worked as an Internet Assessor, i knew my guidelines well. :P
