Item missing from Newegg shipment

I received a bunch of PC parts in the mail yesterday that I purchased off Newegg. Everything was there except for Windows 8. On the Packing List it says to wait another business day because it could've been in a separate shipment. But when I looked up the issue on Newegg itself it says to check if the item has a separate tracking number (it doesn't) and if not to contact customer service.

Should I go ahead and do that or does Newegg deliver items to people a day late without telling them?
