As the title says, are there any native Japanese Let's-Player's on Youtube?

All of the LP-ers of past and present that I've watched have either been N. American or European. I just feel like they'd be pretty interesting to watch since they could be playing games that were only released in Japan.

I wonder if niconico would be a good place to start.

Sure, there are plenty of Japanese Let's Players on both YouTube and NicoNico. It's mostly just a matter of looking up the titles for the game in question plus the term "実況プレイ" (the term used for Let's Plays in Japanese) and you'll get plenty of results. Language barrier is obviously going to be an issue if you're not bilingual, but like you said, I'd imagine there's still value in just being able to watch footage of Japan-exclusive games.

Here's a sample, in case you're curious about how titles are typically formatted in practice for Japanese LPs. If you want some assistance with looking up native Japanese titles for any games, hit me up. Not like my speaking the language is giving me much else to do while I'm jobless. :D

(Edit: If what you're looking for are English-language LPs run by Japanese players, I wouldn't count on those being easily found by any stretch. I wouldn't be surprised if there are a handful of Japanese players out there that can do LPs of native Japanese games in English, something which I've occasionally done myself over livestreams, but I think I'm putting it very kindly when I say the standards of English education over there are bound to make those types a significant exception rather than the norm.)

Like Pepsiman says, there are many, but here are a couple of my favorite people:

P - http://www.nicovideo.jp/mylist/12965027

Abu - http://www.nicovideo.jp/mylist/13083520

Kirin - http://www.nicovideo.jp/mylist/10513673

Kiyo and Fuji - http://www.nicovideo.jp/mylist/15923690

Personal favorites are any of P's High Speed Mario runs, Abu's Gakuen Handsome series, and any time Kiyo and Fuji do Japanese indy horror. Kirin doesn't really update anymore, but his Clocktower 3 LP is an all time great for me.

Edit- Don't know why that double posted. Definitely wasn't showing up before.

Ps x4.133333 speed-runs are the best, great reactions. No commentary and not suffering from it is this GTA4 PC with mods run: http://www.nicovideo.jp/mylist/18400288 It's explained after Nico steps off the boat. It's his second lap of GTA4 this way, also did The Lost and The Damned with similar mods.

Overall, if you're interested at all I recommend registering and hanging on nicolive and browsing until you find something you like. Think of any game - someone's definitely playing it. I stream there from time to time with rusty last-studied-in-the-90s Japanese but they're happy to practice English and Swedish with me. There's live-run material every weekend and regular new-game specials, last one was The Last of Us which was very well received (for a western game that wasn't an already existing well known franchise).

http://www.youtube.com/user/norunine (Love this guy's voice - He sounds like the Japanese Solid Snake voice actor - He's also amazing at BO2, I'm not even interested in that game and watching him play it is still fun)

http://www.youtube.com/channel/UCYbWKzzg9V0kBRcWF2OgdWQ (Has lived in America since he was 16 so pretty fluent in English. Will play many games in English and translate them for Japanese viewers)

http://www.youtube.com/playlist?list=PLRJmAL3kFZaKBQFdA3m81VIbX5-SaYkww (This guy's Dark Souls 実況プレイ was really fun for me. Genuine enthusiasm for everything and a nice/humorous guy all round. Oh, and only the first part of the first video is of him pointing the camera at the screen, the rest are direct capture)

There's a common theme among the rest of these:

Might as well throw my hat into the ring and just recommend NicoNico, since it's essentially the Japanese YouTube (ignoring the actual Japanese YouTube, of course).
