Won't be able to listen to it live, does mixlr archive previous streams?
Yes sorta, though the really long one sort of broke last time. You can be nearly guaranteed someone will post a bootleg stream in a worst case scenario like they did last year.
@nightriff: Apparently our own @fattony12000 is archiving it. Top men's work right there.
Mystery guest is Greg Kasavin.
I was about to say this.

@nightriff: There's a ton of mixlr archives up at http://mixlr.ez.lv/
@dudeglove That's kinda racist bruh bruh.
@dookierope: nah, it's not racist. Maybe a tad insensitive, though.
@dannyhibiki: Thanks for that link. Mixlr never seems to work right on my phone or computer. Appreciate it!
Well that was fun to listen to. Loved seeing Greg make a surprise appearance. Real excited for the rest of the E3 goings on. Monday can't come soon enough.
Would love to listen to that one.
H.E.A.R.Wikipedia: H.E.A.R. is a non-profit organization dedicated to preventing hearing loss, mainly from loud rock music. The acronym stands for Hearing Education and Awareness for Rockers. It was founded in 1988 by rock musician Kathy Peck and physician Flash Gordon, M.D. after Kathy suffered tinnitus and hearing loss after playing with the band The Contractions. Kathy often carries earplugs in her purse and works to distribute them at rock concerts. →
It's kinda amazing how many listeners this got, especially when you compare it to the number of listeners to the second most popular Mixlr stream. Jeff's stream had about 3300 listeners at it's peak, whereas the second most popular had around 200 listeners.
To be fair, I didn't even know what mixlr was until Jeff brought it up on his bumblr.

When I've Googled Mixlr from random computers, Jeff shows up as part of the top results.

It's been a bit of a running joke for regulars for the past year and a half. Jeff'll regularly have at least 200 listeners even on his morning commutes when everyone not on the US Pacific is either at work or heading home from work or sleeping depending on their part of the world. The site's supposed to be for amateur DJs but Jeff's created the most popular channel by listening to Shade 45 and Vivid XM or whatever porn studio it is.
Jeff's put up the archives for the drivestream:

@sanj: Awesome. Any idea if you can download them or not?
Here are direct links to the audio files on mixlr that I used to download the files.

@tpundsack: Yep. Exactly what I was looking for. You are a lifesaver.
I listened to this at work and driving home yesterday, aside from having to reload the page or player every so often, it worked out pretty well.
Considering they were traveling down the west coast using an Ipad to broadcast this, and I was listen to it across the country on my mobile phone, it seems crazy when you stop and think where mobile/tablets phones were 4-5 years ago.
I was surprised at how much game talk there was, it really did seem like a stealth bomb cast.
