Jeff and Vinny do not do enough videos together...

For the record i think all the Giantbomb guys are great in their own way. Ryan and Jeff are great together and Dave and Vinny are damn good TV. But I've been watching the Persona 4 endurance run. and i think most people will agree that Jeff and Vinny are two best at that improv off the cuff humor that makes watching someone play a game so entertaining. I really think Jeff and VInny need a dedicated show the way Vinny and Dave do.... I just need more of that duo.

It's because Jeff hates Vinny, or rather, he likes to bother Vinny with meaningless workloads and he likes to prioritize reviews and events, which means we'll be lucky to have just a single QL per month that contains Vinny + Jeff/Ryan. It doesn't make any sense - why hire Thomas if he can't free up Vinnys time? To do Anas work? I guess I don't fully understand their work priorities.

I agree but any combination including Jeff, Vinny, Brad, Ryan, or Patrick seems to work well. Wait a minute...

I think we need more videos of anyone; seems like we're constantly getting Patrick and Ryan videos. Over saturation is bad, 'mkay.

Whining about who's doing what is pointless and dumb. These guys ARE Giantbomb and the website is awesome.

I would agree. And no, he is not whining or wrong by saying it. I'll whine here by saying that I dislike the Patrick/Ryan combination that seems to be all too common. Vinny makes everything better.

You make it sound like one of MTV's reality shows.

I also enjoy the Vinny/Dave combination. Those Random Ass PC Games videos are great.

I didn't like Vinny when he first started with the group on Gamespot only because of how much he said "Tch" I am glad I got over that because he is hands down my favorite duder. I love the Random PC and pretty much anything I post now a days has "It needs more Vinny"

When I eat fish and chips I say "Pass me the Vinny"

I agree mainly because as a non premium member I statistically get 50% less Vinny than you Giantbomb fat cats!

Jeff and Vinny is the best pairing.

I haven't watched a single quick look with Brad in it for over a year because of things like this.

I have a soft spot for Vinny because (paraphrasing) "If you get four guys living in one house together, SOMETHING is going to end up in the back of your throat" was one of the first jokes in one of the first Bombcasts's I ever listened to. Each GB guy is great in his own way, but there is a special vibe to Vinny.

I agree. I think the guy is alright, but I don't enjoy his commentary as much as Vinny, Jeff, Brad, or Dave. It's a toss-up between Patrick and Ryan.

In general, it bums me out that Vinny and Dave are apparently constantly too busy doing their actual video and website development work respectively, so they can't always spare the time to sit in on a Quick Look since it's not their primary job on the site. Yet QLs aren't Patrick's primary role either, as you'd think he'd be equally busy researching and writing a bunch of news stories, doing interviews, etc. Somehow he still finds time to sit in on like every Quick Look, in addition to having the time to do the Endurance Run.

Everything needs more VInny.

Jeff disapproves of Vinny's racism and therefor cannot do anything with him. It came to blows last time.

Word on the street is that Vinny and Jeff don't often get paired up together after their stint in that South American prison. Vinny shanked Jeff after some random comment about burgers and sandwiches or some such, and Jeff retaliated with the old soap in a bag trick. Shit got real, son.

I make the appeal to include more Dave. I love that guy.

Vinny has the most off-kilter, borderline offensive humor ever.
And that's why he's the best.

Wow, now that you point it out, that really is Brad in every Quick Look. Also if a game is visually impressive in some way (RAGE, Trine 2, etc.), he will not shut the hell up about it at any point, more so than anybody else on the staff.

Unless its something he loves (i.e. Infamous, Skyrim, L.A. Noir, Limbo) in which case he can't stop fawning over it.

I think Vinny is more like a special guest when it comes to videos about video games. There is always the guy that talks about video games (i.e. Jeff, Brad, Patrick, etc.), and there is the guy (Vinny) who is doing goofy and random commentary on what is going on screen. He is the MST3K package for quick looks and other videos.

Vinny and Jeff are definitely my fav of the bomb crew and Dave is a close 3rd. The Brad and Vinny combination can be pretty great too. I don't really enjoy Patrick and Ryan's more sarcastic style of humor that much and I am having some trouble getting through the latest endurance run. Not too say they're bad, I think they are great on the bombcast and have some great quick looks. Just that specific pairing doesn't seem to work so well.

The worst Bombcasts are the ones without Vinny and Jeff. The best ones have both. So yes, I agree.

I like all the guys anyway. I like variety though, and it gets annoying if say Ryan or Patrick or anybody is in every single quick look or whatever.
