wtf is pachter doing there? Guy's a hack analyst and is clearly the odd one out especially with what is being discussed in that episode.

I'm still thinking about it, but I might be leaning towards Portal 2. That could change entirely of course.

Pachter really likes to use metacritic alot. He thought BF3 had to be better on PS3 because it got a higher metacritic score there and eventhough they corrected him, it's no reason for him to stop.

But I gotta say, overall I really like Bonus Round.

Jeff says yes.

This is the highlight of his career.

What contenders? Skyrim has already won.

Arkham City deserves 'GOTY that isn't Skyrim'.

Havent watched the video yet but Im guessing Skyrim is definitely the favourite 

Batman, Skyward Sword and Uncharted 3 make up 3 of the 5 choices? Well that's crap.

And review scores. Throw that out and talk about whether or not the game is good.

Wait, they're talking about the VGAs, guys. If the contenders are Uncharted 3, Skyrim, Batman, Skyward Sword, and Portal 2, that's the VGA list. I don't think they mean Giant Bomb or their personal lists. Saints might very well still be Jeff's pick. Don't worry, folks, it's not over yet.

I think this one is being release in its entirety this week only because the VGA awards are this weekend and the show is about the VGA GOTY discussion. Normally it's still once a week for a month. This one will have a part up each day from Tuesday to Friday.

I must be the only one here that finds Pachter and Keighly likeable, and appreciate their input. I don't hold religiously by what they say, but I don't cringe when they speak.

I like Keighly he seems like a cool dood. Nothing against Pachter because he mostly talks numbers and I trust he knows what those numbers are. I think thats a weird list for GoTY. Not quite sure why they'd have Batman there and not Gears of War 3 or why Zelda is on it at all but it's their list not mine.

Seems like Keighley just has trouble saying Gerstmann.

Also I fucking hate Shane Satterfield.

Sounds like Skyrim is gonna be the clear frontrunner for Giant Bomb's award. Jeff and Brad sound like they're both gonna be rooting hard for it, and they've historically been the two argumentative powerhouses during deliberations. Only real opposition I could see is Ryan, who mentioned it wasn't clicking for him but also hasn't played much yet.
