Jeff's thoughts on what the PS4 Pro and Project Scorpio mean for the industry.

This could totally be something I dreamt up, but I remember Jeff saying that he thought that with the announcements of the PS4 Pro and Project Scorpio home consoles would start to move to new consumer model similar to that of mobile phones. Does anyone remember specifically where he said this? I need it for a research paper I am writing for school.

I feel like that has been mentioned a good amount and definitely on the Bombcast. I even recall it being mentioned before they were officially announced, but try checking the Bombcast around the time the story broke (I think the Neo was first.)
