Looking for an old sandbox-ish game.

My cousin introduced me to a cool sandbox game many years ago, and the name has unfortunately slipped from my memory long ago.

It's this cool sandbox type game where you're made out of lego (but it's not a lego game), and you're inside of a giant house (or I guess regular, but your a lego guy) and there were vehicles and stuff. It's from before 2010, and you could go outside of the house and spawn vehicles and stuff.
