im plan to  start making hamburgers again. i used to make a few once a week or so. 
 
Anyone got any ideas as to what i can include in the mix to make them even more tasty?

You can add anything to home made burgers really. I've tried adding things like garlic, onion, herbs, pepper, salt, curry powder and Dijon Mustard before (though not all at the same time).
