Maybe Around The Corner: Pikmin 3, Thief 4

Thief? 4?
*eyes tear up*
Really?
I won't judge you Brad, but you're missing out. At least with the first two. Which makes me wonder if 4 will be like 3, but oh well.
Pikmin was fun, too. At least when it didn't go all STUPID-RTS-A.I. on you and make everybody drown in the damned water.
Thief 4 should be structured like Metal Age but have the camera pulled back like Deadly Shadows
and....
THIEF 4 FUCK YEAH
Thief is the greatest game of all time for me...if you're telling me Thief finally gets a 4th game...i'll tear up too!
if it's true, they better get the atmosphere dead on.
I'm not a 'fan' of the Pikimin series, but I too would say that looks like a Pikimin in the grass. Sorta.
Let's just say that Thief: The Dark Project was using how much noise you were making, how fast you were going, and how well you blended in to the shadows when all you punks thought Metal Gear Solid was amazing for using vision cones. Thief is the stealth game all others try to be like at this point, at least when it comes to how the game handles detection and stuff.
Thief 4... I was hoping it wouldnt end with the letdown of thief 3. The first two were pure awesomeness,
I'm playing through Thief II right now. 4's announcement does not interest me as I have no reason to be confident about how they handle the franchise. The same goes for Deus Ex 3. Maybe they'll be a pleasant surprise, but I'm not letting myself get hyped over the possibilities after Invisible War and Deadly Shadows. I was extremely pleased with what they were showing of IW, then it was such a let down, yet I slowly got hyped for Thief 3 figuring they might have learnt from their mistakes. In the end, it was a marginal improvement in terms of the engine, with just as many design flaws and only barely saved from one person's work (The Cradle) which didn't really make up for the rest of the game's quality. Yay for Pikmin 3 (how do you even pronounce "Surrrrrrrrre" btw? Maybe it should say "Suuuuuuuuure" instead). Also, GoNintendo links to a different source, and that source links to another source, why credit GoNintendo as the finders?
i hope its true thief 4 would awesome if they do make it i hope they leave garret with his original voice actor and especially pikmin 3 the first 2 were hard but i loved them to death
"what the hell happened to new games? goddam"Let's make it new. Combine Thief with Pikmin. Omar uses the pikmin as various tools and weapons varying from arrows for his bow to lock picks to daggers to distractions. As a distraction, omar sends out a yellow pikmin in one direction with a bomb-rock. While the no-good aliens go after the pikmin, Omar slips through the shadows, launches a pikmin right at the bomb-carrier's head creating a gorey mess for the maid to clean up. What is Omar after this time? Food? Gold? Perhaps some more pellets to feed his addiction?
No. A sword.
Seppuku time. Honor must be regained.
YOURE WINNER
Yeah pikmin 3 might make me want to get a wii too...i loved the first two and could definitely let pikmin take over my life for a while

I believe I read that the group who may be making the next Thief are the same team that is working on Deus Ex 3. Since we will see that title before Thief, I'll gauge my expectations for Thief 4 off how well the new Deus Ex plays. Just because it's being made doesn't mean the final product will be anything we want to play. I hope it will be good, but I'm not going to get excited just yet. And, there is a question of what influence new masters SquareEnix will have on the company as a whole.
I was a huge Gamecube fan; but, I have to admit that I have never played a Pikmin game before. I am excited for Thief, too, but I have been waiting a long time now for the next big thing from Nintendo.
