MGS5?

Does this video mean PS3 users will have Metal Gear Solid 5 to look forward to in the near future?

I thought he was calling Peace Walker MGS5? Proof that he's taking the series less serious now that a flagship title is being put on a portable. 
 
I don't even know where to begin copying that horrendous link, though.

I really hope there isn't an MGS5, or if there is, Solid Snake isn't in it. MGS4 tied everything up together so nicely.
