I can't help much for the era but Adventures in Babysitting and The Computer Wore Tennis Shoes are both in the catalog for the Mouse streaming service.

I like the idea of Zenon and we’re heading into the Halloweentown season. The first thing that popped into my mind was 1996’s High School High with Jon Lovitz.

Mr Boogedy and it's sequel Bride of Boogedy. All star cast includes: David Faustino, Kristy Swanson, John Astin, Richard Masur, and Mimi Kennedy. They're short too, like 45 minutes.

Not a Disney movie but I've realized that I'd never watched the entirety of The Witches (1990). The remake is releasing later this month.
