Definitely worth the money, and worth your time if you don't have a stack of other games to play right now. I got it free from EA Store a while ago and I enjoyed it.
I bought it, I can't get it in the right resolution though... It gave me a window that I selected the resolution at the start, but I chose the wrong one. Now I can't change it at all. :(
It's... a shooter with little spice to it. It's not a bad game, it's just not very good. Of course, if you don't mind playing a straight point A to point B shooter with extreme linearity, then jump in, you could do far worse than this game.
@TheMustacheHero: Try right clicking the game in the Steam window and see if there is an option to launch a config tool. If not, then look in the game's folder.
(I'm assuming that you already looked at the display options in-game and it wasn't there. I played it a long time ago, and can barely remember the menu layout.)
