need some help concerning the webshop

I'm a gamefaqs user that ordered 2 t-shirt at the time of preordering, i got one size wrong, so after a small discussion I send a e-mail explaining the situation. the guy in charge just told me to send the t-shirt with a note, which I did.

But since i did that, no answer t-shirt of the correct size and i have answer from them althought I sent them multiple message

Anyone have an idea on who i could contact to resolve that ASAP ?
