New Web Layout?

I like it. I'll be using the white layout from now on.

The performance is FF3 is back to normal, and the gradient background doesn't scroll with the page. Nice job.

I'm getting inconsistent footer stuff right now.

The level and XP bar seems to have fallen to just above the navbar.  Used to be centered in that space.

I think it's nice.

Why does it look so tiny on my PC. the width of the page is less than a third of my screen!

I'm liking the new layout a lot, it's cleaner and gives the site a nice facelift. No performance problems at all using chrome, runs like a dream. Great work top men!!

Yeah I think the whole left and right banner sides should be dedicated to looping animated fire gifs "

I have to say, after a week and a few tweaks, I've adjusted and I'm liking it. Though I thought the red bar extending right all the way to the end looked better.

i didn't know they changed the other sites also. i just read the mass effect anime article and it changed to. i just thought it was this site. i don't go to the other sites so often.

It looks brilliant right now, barring the fact that some pages (videos) don't stretch properly to fit my 1920px-wide monitor - although that's probably an aesthetic decision.

Well considering the legendarily horrendous redesign of the gawker media sites, this is actually very nice.

Here is something odd.  Using Chrome when I click to different sections (news.videos,forums,etc) - the GB logo in the upper left takes longer than everything else to load.  It pops in last - which looks really bad.  I tried it in Safari and Firefox and this doesn't appear to happen. 

So...I guess no more guides?

All I can tell you is that the site in general seems to have issues.

For some odd reason there seems to be graphical elements that are missing on this site. For example when I sign out, I can see a little switch that changes the theme - but when I sign it - it's gone.

Love the design. More modern. =)

The new layout looks fantastic.  I particularly like the changes made to the menus.  Great job, people in charge!

Just noticed that Screened still has the old layout.  Any word on when it's going to transition to this new scheme?
