they have stated this multiple times.

I think there will be mods eventually, but hopefully they will be more lax.

And I hope to god I'll be one of them, I'd be the coolest mod you've ever seen in your DAMN LIFE!

I imagine all the current mods are GB staff in the GB office - which means they're all sleeping at the moment I guess...

There is one mod at least cause I'm pretty sure Citizen Kane is a mod and by the way people who ask to be a mod constantly probably shouldn't be a mod so if you stop asking your more likely to actually have a chance

I'm pretty sure I've seen some mods around.

They do but they will be getting more later as people get more active I believe is what they said.

Lol, surely the best way to act if there aren't any is in a nice, friendly and positive manner - so the site finds its feet and you help the community along. If you act like a knob then they won't be looking at you... First rule of modding: never ask to be a mod... ;)

I think that Jeff and Ryan said that they had their first batch of mods somewhat worked out already for the first little while at least.  Hopefully we won't need too many around here anyways!

All we need mods for are porn suicides, and spamming, maybe some bad flaming. But I hope it isn't too strict.

There is. Upon further inspection serbsta, you would have seen that this thread was made when the site launched. Robocop didn't feel the thread was ready to die though, and resurrected it."

He gives Robocop a bad name to be honest. Also I thought Robocops mother language was English.

There are now plenty of mods on the site who can help the users here at GiantBomb with forum and wiki related issues. That being said i think this topic has reached its end.
