JRPG is a silly term, but regardless of how silly the term is, it still means Japanese Role Playing Game. Personally, I'm waiting for EBFPS (Eastern Bloc First Person Shooter) to be a thing. "
Good examples of more action focus JRPGs are some of the more Symphony of the Night style Castlevania games, the Tales series, and Kingdom Hearts. Just off the top of my head.
