Hey guys, so i am wondering: can anybody here recommend me any good desks for combining both my PC monitor and tower along with a tv and my consoles? Basically i like to have both screens sitting as close as possible, that way i can watch porn... errr, i mean quick looks and game at the same time? Currently i have a crappy little desk which is ridiculously low meaning playing online shooters (not that i play many) is next to impossible. Thanks duders!

Just a really long desk? Office supply websites are usually better to find them instead of traditional furniture stores.

The desk I have now fits my 24" monitor and amplifier (my amp is bigger than the monitor) with room to spare, it's only around 160cm long though so my TV doesn't fit but it's not what I bought it for.

If I were at home I'd take a picture of my current desk and show you. There's an old one somewhere in my list of uploaded pics but with a different stereo and only one monitor.

This is a relatively easy question. You get the most basic desk (rectangle top with 4 leges) and put it in a corner of the room. You then get another one and put on the adjacent wall next to your other desk. Computer stuff on one table, TV / consoles on another. Spin your chair to change desks. =)

And in all seriousness, the best desks are really the ones with just legs and narrow, long table top.

Added Bonus: Slap a mini-fridge under one of the desks.

I built mine because I couldn't find a desk I liked.

I've moved stuff around since, but my favorite thing is the tube tv that I use for retro console gaming.

@jams: That is a perfect desk. Nice, simple and lots of usable space. Nice work by the way. I love when they are attached to the wall.

Thanks, it only cost about $100 - $130. I could have finished it but decided against it. That open space in the back is great for running cables. I was originally planning on having drilled holes to run the cables, but this was way easier.

@jams That's really slick looking. My parents did something similar for their office and it works really well.

I..."appropriated" a dining room table from my parents. I like depth in my workspace as well as width, and it fits the bill nicely; two monitors, large speakers, PS3, and my NASbox (my tower is on the floor because it's like three feet high and has wheels). Plus, I can clear all of my crap off of it when I have guests over and we can dine on a really nice piece of furniture!

I love multipurpose things.

I use banquet tables, cheap and a lot of free space.
