People Tags

Sometimes I just want to watch a bunch of videos that feature Austin Walker. Can I do that already and just don't know how? If not, tags for videos would be a welcome feature. I feel like when the site looked more like a blog it used to have tags, but now I don't know where those tags live, or how to find and use them.
