I don't understand that nad its happening now when I just came home with my Red  Dead Redmption, and I wan't to play it right now..... The thing is I only spend like a good 3-4 hours a day on it.  im not one of these guys that plays the game all day like that...... Can someone explain what I cna do to have this stop?? Crazy how this happens on the day Red Dead comes out and I cna't even play it with others.....Help would be most appreciated.......

i think it means that your power brick is dying. i think if your 360 is under warranty microsoft will replace it. you can go on ebay and buy a new power brick.

Get a replacement power brick. Some people might not know this but the brick actually has moving parts inside... it even has it's own set of incoming and outgoing fans. Treat it well like you would treat the console.

@Skywarp:

Is your brick plugged into a wall socket or a power bar?

It is not meant to be used with a power bar and that can screw it up sometimes,
Plug it into a wall socket and see if that fixes your problem, If it is in a wall socket then it may just be dying.
