Please recommend PC games with awesome HD texture packs!

I've recently had the pleasure of playing Oblivion with Qarl's Texture Pack (give it a try if you haven't), and I must say it definitely enhanced the experience a fair bit.  
 
The next few weeks are going to be slow for PC gaming, so I'd like to ask for texture pack recommendations for other old games (besides the STALKER ones. I'm well aware there's a lot of promising stuff (that beta pack for Deus Ex seems interesting) out there that I could just find on google, but it'd be nice if I could find some endorsed by my fellow duders!

I know that GTA III had a bunch of graphical mods, I think GTA IV may have as well.
