Bought this bad boy a week and a half ago,And this sexy thing is in the mail. It's a Galaxy GTX680, one of the fastest 680's on the market rigth now :3
@JoeyRavn: I think that kind of thing is the best.
I ended up with a copy of Max Payne in Italian. I never finished it, because I had finished the English version four weeks prior, but it was just great to hear Italian Max.

@MB: Don't ban me, but I gotta post some Porn as well. Other then a few digital games, and a copy of WWE Allstars and Asura's Wrath for the PS3, the last thing I bought was my new PC.

It's been treating me good so far. Been able to play everything at max settings and it's silky smooth. Only thing I don't like about it is some annoying LED lights that can't be turned off on the case and the extra 2 TB hard drive that I got is really loud whenever my computer needs to read or write to it.
Recently pre-ordered the God of War: Ascension Collectors Edition because it's $80. So why not? Also just bought these 4 games. (Sorry for shitty quality)
I recently purchased Japanese guidebooks for Wind Waker and Paper Mario TTYD.
This blue might be one of the least bright colours in the entire book.
If you're a fan of absolutely gorgeous game guides (which are honestly more like art-books) then you might want to look into some of the Famitsu Editorial line (http://www.enterbrain.co.jp/kouryaku/). They are kind of like Prima/Bradygames over here, but many of the books they produce are absolutely perfect! The Wind Waker book, for example, contains drawn maps of every single island and dungeon in the game; and we're not talking screenshots of the in-game map like the Prima guide, but completely new artworks produced by an awesome artist that accurately represent every notable (and not so notable) feature in great detail. It's tough not to just gush about how amazing these books are, but I feel like they totally deserve exposure to a wider audience. When you read them it genuinely feels like the people who made it cared a great deal about the end product, and wanted to create something that captured the look and feel of the game as a whole.
Plus, y'know, if you speak Japanese it's a 400-page complete guide-book. Look at all this value!

@Happenstance: That's how I won mine too. I jokingly bid the minimum amount (there were no bids) but because it ended at 3AM and was for US and Canada only, I actually won because everyone was asleep when the auction ended.
Was getting the Hori stick and a new wireless 360 controller for windows, so I decided to pick up some cheap ps3 games at the same time. Had to buy MGS4 again since I was dumb enough to let someone borrow my old copy like 18 months ago.
Oh, by the way....turning 3D on for Tekken Tag 2 reduces the frame rate to like 20 FPS and halves the resolution. WHY EVEN INCLUDE IT WHEN IT MAKES A FIGHTING GAME UNPLAYABLE?!
The spoils from my latest go at playing the eBay game. The most dangerous of all games. Inspired by this thread.
What we have here is Fire Emblem, Rebelstar Tactical Command, and Zelda Minish Cap for GBA, plus Oracle of Seasons and Ages, Link's Awakening DX and vanilla for the good old Gameboy. I actually already had copy of vanilla Link's Awakening but the lot it came with also had DX and Oracle of Seasons for a price too good to pass up. I don't know what I'm going to do with my duplicate now.
Oh and I also bought an AV cable for my Genesis and a N64 Transfer Pak which has yet to ship. I'm not sure why I bought all this, but it's nice to finally have all the original Zelda games for the gameboy systems and the first Fire Emblem released in the US, which is the only one I've played so far, other than to test them and make sure they work, that is. The tutorial aspect of the prologue is killing me. I wish I could turn it off. I know how Fire Emblem works god damn it!
For my girlfriend. Complete with the original unused yellow registration card, mint discs with jewel case and manual and a great Virgin Interactive poster.
@Fattony12000: Oh man, good find! where'd you snag it?
I sniped a copy of Tetris Battle Gaiden on ebay in it's box. But I popped that sucker open and the game is still shrink-wrapped! I bought this game to actually play it... Now I can't bring myself to open it. I know it's not worth a fortune, but when it's staring me in the face like that...
And the Pumpkin-man's name is Halloween! How great is that?!

I also bought this from a man on the street selling things off a carpet last week.
Waited a week to buy Assassin's Creed knowing that they are having sales just about every week now. So I picked both of these up at Toys R Us and got a $40 gift card along with my purchase.
The thread title is messing me up. Had I had a good camera I would totally place a picture on top of my latest gaming related purchase. In this case, that's a Guitar and since that will work with Rocksmith(and it's totally awesome! Such a fun experience) I'm gonna say that counts.
All right. Yesterday I bought The Witcher 2, Audiosurf, KOTOR 2, and The Walking Dead, and today I bought Dead Island, Max Payne 3, and a pair of Turtle Beach headphones. I set a budget for myself and still haven't even got to half of that, so chances are I'll be buying more stuff soon enough.
EDIT: Also, since save for the headphones none of this is digital and I'm too lazy to hunt for pics, I'm not posting any pics.
I received my "Hitman Absolution - Deluxe Professional Edition" today...

1. The vinyl statue was bigger than expected, although I have to admit I never looked for the size specifications. But I was somehow under the impression that it would be a small figurine...

2. No cat was harmed (maybe her pride a little bit) during the photo shoot...
This is out of print so I'm glad I was able to pick it up. The scenario book for Metal Gear Solid. Basically the script for the whole game, including all the codec conversations, and some extra stuff that didn't appear in the game. Also some guidance on how certain lines should be read, which is really cool to see. I don't believe there is an English version of this.
Metal Gear?A Hind D? Colonel, what's a Russian gunship doing here?
The answer is "Persona 3 FES". The PS3 version. I just wish I could control the rest of the party, like in P3P. But then, when I go back to P3P, I just wish I could run around the overworld and see animations.
@_chad: That tab is there because Electronic Arts never received a proper dev kit for the Genesis from Sega. As a result, all of their cartridges were manufactured on larger circuit boards, which is why their games are also taller.
Sega snubbing EA is what eventually lead to EA snubbing Sega back on the Dreamcast (they never published a game on the Dreamcast), and not having the Madden series and the like on it was a death knell for the console.
