Power Stone or Darkstalkers? Help me decide.

Both Power Stone Collection and Darkstalkers Chronicle: The Chaos Tower are $5 on the PSN store. I have played neither franchise but have heard amazing things. I plan on buying one for the PSP and eventually transferring over to the Vita. Which series would you recommend?

Incredibly hard decision. I'd probably give the edge to Powerstone though, it's an incredibly good beat-em-up.

They are both a lot of fun. If you enjoyed the ladder mode in Mortal Kombat, Darkstalkers has its own mode like that called the Tower I believe.

Power Stone is great too because it is less technical and just kinda chaotic fun with the stages changing and all the items that pop up. This is a very tough decision.

Power Stone.

Yeah sure Chaos Tower has online play but "find" Vampire Savior and play it on GGPO.

Does that include Power Stone 2? If so, go for that

get the powerstone collection, incredibly fun and enjoyable in small chunks when travelling

Make the right call.

5 dollars each? Get both for sure. Darkstalkers will probably be getting a remake or iteration at some point soon, but I don't see Capcom ever making another Powerstone.

I bought Powerstone and am having a blast. Defiantly deserves the praise it gets and I haven't even touched the second one.

It's Capcom's IP is it not? I'm sure people weren't expecting a PSP version years ago so who knows maybe they'll make an HD version and put it up on XBLA and PSN.
