Premium videos on Xbox One?

Is there an app or some other way to watch the Premium vids like Metal Gear Scanlon on the Xbox One?

I've had no problem watching the archives on IE on my Xbox One. In fact, this is exactly how I watched all of the Metal Gear Scanlon videos. Live streams don't work though.

If you're signed in with a premium account on IE it should just work. As HatKing says no such luck for livestreams though.

Maybe try clicking on the quality button and checking it's set to HTML5?
