So I watched the Fire Emblem quick look and it got my attention in a big way. Thing is it isn't out in the UK for a while. So I need some recommendations for other tactics games preferably ones for either the Ds/3ds or psp. Thanks guys

Can't say I've played many but Advance Wars: Dual Strike is brilliant.

Yeah, I loved that Ghost Recon game a ton. It's plays a lot different in that it's very range-based, but it's still very class-based in that you have a sniper who only does long-range/high-damage attacks, a machine-gunner who excels in counter-attacks, and an engineer with a immobile turret, etc.

I loved the shark-like feelings when I got my knife lady an invisibility cloak and double-attacks, meaning she could go anywhere and kill anyone, and would strike out on her own in the battles taking out key targets.

I feel as though it's my duty to always mention Shining Force in threads like these.

I think I'm the only one on here that doesn't like Tactics Ogre and I know I probably should love it considering I love Final Fantasy Tactics. I'll probably give it another shot but I remember hating the way the skills worked in that game.

I'd like to throw Valkyria Chronicles and sequel into the mix. The only tactics games I ever played, but I have a real fondness for them.
