Offset sticks, and low joypads, dotted buttons, and lego-block handles. Start and select on the bottom. A switch-thingy, and a big o' Play button.
I mean, as long as it works, I guess. And I guess it does work on any Android phone, 4.1 and up really. No price-point. Fun stuff.
Then I remembered this old thing. Ugh.
