So the countdown timer ends during MS's press conference?

So what do you think. Is MGS5 to be announced furing MS's conference or falling away from Occam's Razor that sony is announcing a game during another companies conference?
This is assuming the timer doesn't reset to a day's worth of time.

Anyway, if so.  That'd actually be smart of MS's part.  MGS4 would only really satisfy 360 fans, MGS5 (which I do not think will be called MGS) will sell consoles to PS3 users.

The countdown ends at around 2 p.m. Pacific. Microsoft's press conference is at 10:30 AM.

Although, it would be pretty cool for them to put the countdown on their giant jumbotron to reveal what happens when it hits zero.

Why do some people get so upset at the mere rumor that MGS4 might be on the 360? Some of you PS3 owners act like it's yours. I think the game is Konami's and they can do whatever they want to with it. So if they have a chance of making more money by puting it on the 360 then they probably will do that because just like everyone else in the world, the people who run Konami also like money. Maybe it's just me but I'd never whine or complain if Halo 3 went onto the PS3 (though I'm sure that would ever happen and even if it did most PS3 owners would rather burn it than play it) but maybe that's because I'm neither a 360 fanboy or a Halo fan.

Seems a bit silly to me, if y'all are going to speculate you should be helping each other out not mauling each other to get credit for guessing what might happen.

Anyway, MGS5, quite likely. MGS4 port for 360? Equally as likely given the recession and the amount of sales it would generate. Portable game? Likely too but given the circumstances probably much less likely than the other two. Other theories include remakes of MG1 and 2, honestly i'm not sure, Kojima is public in his dislike for remakes and he has also publicly stated MG 1 and 2 are no longer considered canon, which actually kinda makes it a little more likely... hmmm. Could be any of them, so calm down a little and wait.

As for ending during Microsofts press conference, that's equally as likely to be a huge MS announcement for MGS4 as it is for MGS 5 to be an announcement designed to pull people away from the MS conference.

i dont meen for this to be trolling or anything i just thought this and found it ammuseing. what if dureing MS press conference when the timer hit 0 all the lights go out and  the words " watch  sonys press conference for infomation on metal gear solid 5"  come across the screen (this would probaly indicate that it would be multiplatform but if it happend i simply wouldent care lol )
