Has anyone seen this Master System game called Sonic Anthology before? I found it for sale online in the UK and haven't found anything about it by searching the name. Is this just a fake? I'm not very experienced with master system cartridges.

All the art on that box is from the early-mid 2000's, so yeah, that's mad fake.

Looks to be a multi-game homebrew cart. Most likely they took the Master System and Game Gear games (because the Game Gear was basically a portable Master System) and put them on the same cart.
