Suprise VGA Premiere Speculation.

So earlier today Geoff Keighley posted this on his Twitter:
 
"Do not miss the first five minutes of the VGAs for our biggest surprise premiere in VGA history! "
 
So what do you think it will be. Im hoping for the new Bully game or GTA V. A new Elder Scrolls would be great too. Or even a reveal trailer for Fallout New Vegas.

I'd love it if it was like. HEY WE GOT THE NEW TOMB RAIDER.  cool.

As I said in the other thread. My vote is with Agent. Rockstar North have to get that out of the door first before GTA V. With GTA, it's also big enough for Rockstar to reveal and announce on their own terms and it'll generate hype anyway. They had some long countdown timer on their website for GTA IV didn't they?

Half-Life 3? I dunno; it's got to be some big sequel for them to call out what a surprise it's supposed to be, and the biggest surprise I can think of is the redesign of Half-Life 2: Episode 3. I was also thinking Gears of War 3, which would also make sense, but that feels more like an E3 announcement to me, somehow. Then again, 360 exclusives have been pretty stagnant for awhile now, and they could really use a "big reveal" type deal to boost some hype.
 
But I'm probably way off. It'll probably be something a lot less awesome than I'm hoping it will be.

Did I hear they were revealing a new Star Wars game?

I've read somewhere they were making a new Star Wars game. They didn't release the name, setting or anything else for that matter. Maybe this will be the reveal of that... Although I love Star Wars, with the last releases of Star Wars games I wouldn't be too excited if that was the surprise.

If it isn't Half Life 2: Episode 3 then I'm not interested.

I'm going to be watching them while doing a blue print for an electrical floor plan. Spike's VGA's should keep me sane.

How about Rockstar's L.A. Noir or Agent first look?   But, it will probably be something much more well known like a new Zelda game.  I doubt it will be GTA 5 or anything like that, but there hasn't been a proper Jak and Daxter yet for the PS3 and that was a pretty big series at one point.   Goodness, I hope it is not something as small as Mass Effect 2 - now coming to the PS3.

Yeah, I'm not sure what is so surprising about a sequel for one of the best selling, most celebrated games of the year, but now that they are out of the asylum and on the streets of Gotham, we'll see how things play out.  I'm interested in seeing how the game engine fares in a much more open environment.
