Screw Battle:LA!!!  The Sy Fy rip off, The Battle of LA will dominate next Oscar season. Lets hope it beats its main competitor Transmorphers.

Man this movie is truly getting panned from all over. Ebert gave it one star calling it "noisy, violent, ugly and stupid". I'm so disappointed that it turned out so bad. The trailers that proceeded the films release were well produced and got me really excited for a more serious and gritty sci-fi action film that would at the same time be grounded in a sort of sudo reality. Unfortunately this film is apparently not that at all but is instead another mindless action flick filled to the brim with cliches and bad one liners. Serious disappointment. Forget the Oscars, bring on the Razzies.

My friends and I could have made the first trailer, for god's sake.  The second we just lack the APC.  Also, it's really funny to me that the weapon he is using is a nerf gun spray-painted silver.

I have no idea what the fuck this is, but there is a game on Steam right now called "Battle for LA". It's $10. It's about 45 minutes long. Of course, according to most people these days, spending $10/hr for entertainment is a "real deal". Since I had no idea there was a movie of the same name, I have no clue if it's the same thing or not.

god all these rip off movies are so bad...  i mean the same producer or whatever for this movie produced Snakes on a Train.  yeah these movies are complete crap
