WVGCW tonight, usual time. Looking forward to some dumb tag team names from the chat.
The VGCW Discussion Thread
Where's the schedule for these streams? I've only seen like one show because I don't know when they come on...... :(
Whoa, whoa, hold the phone. Sounds like another SNST is airing tomorrow (Sat 3rd) at the usual time (6pm EST/11pm GMT). Thanks @supernormalstep! Can't wait to see what sort of new CAW insanity you have lined up (plus hopefully more of that awesome Vyse).
(Protip: It's on http://www.twitch.tv/supernormalstep instead of the usual Baz Twitch channel.)
Man, between three concurrent VGCW streams and 2BF doing this whole Rustlemania thing, I've gone from watching zero wrasslin' to like ten hours' worth a week. I need to cut down, which means losing the core VGCW show as it's the least entertaining right now.
I've migrated most of my VGCW hype to the actual VGCW forums. So I can't proselytize to you guys about how awesome it is.
Most folk around here are probably going to opt to watch the new UPF in 35 minutes, but SNST Episode 3 begins in five over on snst.vgcw.net for those interested. I imagine both will be archived anyway.
I don't follow VGCW at all really, so I dunno if this has been discussed or whatever. In the event that it hasn't, this landed on my doorstep and I thought I should share it.
Jeff's ring entrance is perfect, since I think that's how he would walk to the ring if he were a wrestler.
Of course then he'd be gassed before the match starts but whatever.
I died of laughter, Scrooge included.
It was as if real life played out in front of me when he came down that ramp.

Apparently nobody cares about VGCW anymore, including possibly Bazza.
What? Lots of people still care about VGCW, what the hell are you talking about?

I was mostly just commenting on the fact that there was an episode last night and not a peep was made in this thread.
The crack about Bazza was maybe uncalled for, but it's due to the fact that Friday was the first show in three weeks and felt pretty lazy to me, the show was padded out by a 40-man Royal Rumble and then kind of a stupid Money in the Bank fakeout. I dunno, maybe I'm taking this a little more seriously than I ought to, but this season has been pretty boring in my opinion. And I feel like if anything interesting was happening in VGCW right now, people would be in here talking about it.
@kevin_cogneto: I thought it was a fine show for build up to other stuff. Barkley is teasing the cash in. Gannon and Gieff further their storyline. Sabin showing up at the Rumble after supposedly being banned to almost win the whole thing was pretty great. Wrestling needs build up. Even fake video game wrestling.

The people who drove threads on GAF, here and SA have mostly migrated to the VGCW forum, at least when talking about VGCW. Like myself. I could write a thousand words about how I'm crushed with Red's performance lately but I'd rather do it somewhere where people will read it.

For those that missed it, an episode of WVGCW just ended, and I feel... conflicted about the ending.
Twitch replay, not sure if a youtube one is up yet.
Tonight is the night!
VGCW will go live tonight! Segata has a match against Wario and Little Mac defends the VGCW Championship against Adam Jensen and more! #VGCW

Its that time again folks. Linky.

Vengeance for Terror! I demand it!
@brodehouse: Bayonetta is superior to them both.
No she's not. :(
WVGCW IS LIVE
BIG FUN!
RIGHT NOW!
I've been thinking of doing a jaw-droppingly pretensious writeup of the ten greatest matches in VGCW/WVGCW history. I've got a few candidates with links below, and would appreciate any nominations. In exchange, I'll get out the HTML-flavored gold leaf and write a piece even the most sock sniffing staff writer at WWE HQ couldn't manage with a straight face.
CANDIDATES
Bowser-Ganondorf II (12 March 2013)
Scorpion vs. Segata Sanshiro, Last Man Standing (8 May 2013)
Proto Man vs. Captain Falcon, King of the Ring Hell in a Cell (12 Dec 2013)
Rydia vs. Terra Branford, 2/3 Falls Match (12 Apr 2013)
The Entire Red-Falcon Feud
Little Mac vs. Proto Man, VGCW Championship Match (14 Dec 2012)
Nappa vs. Gabe Newell, King of the Ring (5 Dec 2012)
note: looking at the bill now, 5 Dec 2012 might have been the best episode of VGCW ever
Terror-Rydia is my vote for number one.
Red-Falcon III deserves to be in there, definitely.
Bayonetta turned out a pretty great 2/3 with Chie, but it was just an opening match most people don't remember.
I thought Red's comeback against Wario, after taking 4 legit finishers sealed Red as a core character.
The last two Triple Threat matches Kefka has been in have been pretty great as well.
It might be worth noting Barkley winning the last KOTR if only because of the storm of heel heat he got.
