The Weirdest Thing To Hit The Inbox Today
Apparently Joey Logano will be driving this car tomorrow in the Drive4COPD 300. Remember when stock cars had Tide, or Lowe's, or, you know, STP on their hoods? DOES NOT COMPUTE.

I have a hard time believing the NASCAR crowd overlaps with the Bioshock crowd. Not saying it can't happen, of course. Just saying we maybe, possibly, be misinterpreting the demographic.
It's weird to see games (not to mention game stores) being advertised on stock cars. I suppose it was inevitable, but it's still weird.
I think that the Gamestop car was a Batman:AA car for a bit too. It seems out of place, but this would be like Mass Effect commercials during football games, reaching a broader audience
" Dude, that's wild. Also, NASCAR is for bad people. "SHIT YEAH ANOTHER LEFT TURN!!!!
I live where NASCAR is a plague upon mankind... the mountains of Western North Carolina. NASCAR fans are abundant, and generally very stupid.
2K might as well just come up with their own beer if they're going after this demographic. Wait, that's a great idea!
" @Claude: I dunno, a lot more people fuck than play immersive fps/rpgs. "yeah, but I wouldn't want to drive a car that had 'Viagra' printed down the side. Although, I suppose they could say that they make viagra quick work HAHAHaa.. I know, I'm working on it..
I guess if I were paid as much as them, I'd drive it though.
What's so weird about it? Games need to hit other revenue streams. It's better than advertising on a gaming site. If you go to gaming sites, and you don't know what Bioshock 2 is... you're probably not interested.
This might get some eyes who are more on the casual side of gaming.
The #20 GameStop car had a lot of different video games on it last year in the Nationwide Series. Here's a link to the different paint schemes it ran: http://www.jayski.com/schemes/2009/nationwide/20nationwide.htm
In addition, the #1 car in Sprint Cup was sponsored by Activision, specifically Guitar Hero Smash Hits, Guitar Hero 5 and DJ Hero.
" I could see it for Modern Warfare, Gears of War, or Killzone, but not with a game like Bioshock. Not exactly the most broad-reaching title. "Yeh something along the lines of those titles would make a lot more sense in terms of having an impact on he kind of spectators one would expect to see at a NASCAR event.
